Algo’Tech SAS is committed to the protection of Users’ personal data and privacy. As such, and in application of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we hereby inform you of the conditions under which your personal data is called upon to be processed by us. This charter applies to the Information we collect about you when:
- You are a User of our Services;
- You are a Visitor to our Site;
- You are a VISION by Algo’Tech customer or prospect.
The said persons are hereinafter referred to as “Data Subjects”. With the utmost concern for the protection of your personal data, ALGO’TECH SAS strives to implement a Privacy Policy that is understandable, transparent and in line with the European Regulation 2016/679 known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and national legislation (Loi informatique et Libertés of January 6, 1978 amended on June 22, 2018). We may change this Privacy Policy at any time if we change the way we process your Information. We will then inform you within a reasonable time before a new version of the Privacy Policy comes into effect, either by sending an email, sending a notification via the Platform or posting a message on our Site.

1. What personal data do we process?
Algo’Tech processes the following categories of Users’ personal data:
- Identification data: surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, login and password.
- Professional data: job title, company, level of experience, curriculum vitae.
- Connection data: logs, time stamp, browsing path, browser type.
- Location data: country.
- Internet data: IP address, browser language
- In principle, your personal data comes directly from you.
Please note, however, that the following personal data have been transmitted to us by Nomination, Linkedin, in the context of our commercial prospecting:
- For mailing and phoning operations: legitimate interest.

Algo’Tech SAS only processes personal data that is strictly necessary to achieve the specified and legitimate purposes defined in the following sections.
Algo’Tech does not process any sensitive data such as the racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade-union membership of the persons concerned. The same applies to any information concerning the life or sexual orientation, genetic, biometric or health data of the persons concerned.
2. Why and how do we process your personal data?
Algo’Tech SAS processes the personal data of Data Subjects for the following purposes:

- To respond to requests for information, documentation or demonstration (pre-contractual obligation).
- To issue sales offers and sales contracts (pre-contractual obligation).
- To invite customers to events and organize them (contractual obligation).

- To carry out technical operations to select canvassed individuals and improve the quality of the prospecting database (e.g. standardization, enrichment, de-duplication) (legitimate interest).
- To create commercial profiles (e.g. maturity scoring) (legitimate interest).
- To compile commercial statistics (legitimate interest).
To have a website presenting the company’s offers and services (Legitimate interest) - To track the visits and behavior of visitors to the company’s website (legitimate interest).
- To display videos on the company’s website (Legitimate interest).
- To maintain your choices in terms of consent to cookies through the Complianz service (Legitimate interest).
- To feed behavioral information into Zoho One CRM records (Consent).
- To identify the origin of visitors – Google Analytics & Google Ads, Matomo, Facebook, Linkedin, to be completed – (Consent).
- To carry out remarketing advertising campaigns – Google Analytics & Google Ads – (Consent).
- To measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns – Google Analytics, Matomo & Google Ads – (Consent).
- To measure the audience and analyze the behavior of visitors to the site – Google Analytics & Google Ads, Zoho One – (Consent).
- To provide evidence in the event of litigation or administrative control (legitimate interest).

In view of the purpose of each processing operation, Algo’Tech SAS takes all necessary steps to ensure that personal data is only accessible by its internal departments that need to know it, third-party recipients designated by law or subcontractors required to carry out the processing operations (see 3).
Algo’Tech SAS retains the data collected for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of each processing operation, unless an exception is provided for by law.
In application of the RGPD, your data may be retained by us until the limitation periods for legal action have been reached. In this case, only the people in charge of litigation within the company have access to it. At the end of these periods, your data is either deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
3. To whom are your personal data transmitted outside the company?
Algo’Tech SAS may communicate your personal data to organizations within the scope of the law. These recipients are listed below (see 2.).
Algo’Tech SAS uses subcontractors selected by it to carry out all or part of the indicated processing operations. Exceptionally, Algo’Tech SAS may use service providers located outside the European Union.
Where applicable, Algo’Tech SAS ensures that the transfer of data outside the European Union benefits from the protection guarantees provided by the RGPD.

4. What security measures do we put in place to protect your data?
Algo’Tech SAS implements all organizational and technical measures to ensure an appropriate level of security for your personal data, and in particular to prevent any loss of confidentiality, integrity or accessibility.
5. What are your rights regarding your personal data?
You may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data with Algo’Tech SAS:
- You can give your consent to the deposit of Cookie or withdraw it on our site, by clicking on “Preference of consent”, in the bottom right-hand corner of our website.
- A right of rectification: you have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate data concerning you. You also have the right to complete incomplete data concerning you, by providing a supplementary declaration. Should you exercise this right, we undertake to communicate any rectification to all recipients of your data as far as possible.
- A right of deletion: in certain cases, you have the right to obtain the deletion of your data. However, this is not an absolute right and we may for legal or legitimate reasons retain this data.
- A right to restrict processing: in certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your data.
- A right to the portability of your personal data: you have the right to receive the data you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, for your personal use or to pass it on to a third party of your choice. This right only applies when the processing of your data is based on your consent, on a contract or is carried out by automated means. Furthermore, Algo’Tech SAS may refuse to exercise this right if it requires technical means deemed excessive.
- A right to object to processing: you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for processing based on our legitimate interest, a mission of public interest. This is not an absolute right, and we may refuse your request for legal or legitimate reasons.
- The right to withdraw your consent at any time: you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data where the processing is based on your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not compromise the lawfulness of processing based on consent carried out prior to such withdrawal.
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: you have the right to contact your data protection authority to complain about our personal data protection practices.
- The right to give instructions concerning the fate of your data after your death.
Algo’Tech SAS will respond to any exercise of rights as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of receipt of the request.
Algo’Tech SAS reserves the right:
- To request proof of the applicant’s identity in the event of reasonable doubt, in order to respect its obligation of confidentiality.
- Extend the response time by two months, informing the applicant of the extension and the reasons for the postponement within one month of receipt of the request.
- Refuse to respond to any exercise of rights considered abusive (in view of their number, repetitive or systematic nature).
